Turmeric (کُرکُم، ہلدی) is a common spice known for adding colour, nutrition and flavor to the foods. It is deep, goldern orange and comes from roots of Curcuma Longa. It is from Ginger family and is product of Southeast Asia. It is commercially grown mostly in India and Pakistan.
