Psyllium Husk / Isabgol Husk

Ispaghul husk (قشر سیللیوم – چھلکا اسبغول), also known as psyllium husk, is a natural dietary fiber that is commonly used as a laxative and to promote regular bowel movements. It is derived from the seeds of the Plantago ovata plant and is available in the form of capsules, powder, or whole husks.
